I have been anxiously awaiting my copy of this book. It arrived yesterday and I started reading immediately; I was unable to put it down and read it cover to cover. Andrew Collins is my nephew, who was so proud to become a police officer. A man who grew up in a small town who wanted to change the world. A man who grew up in the church. A man I no longer knew. As a family member, it was a far harder read than I'd ever imagined. I cried a lot, I laughed. Faith was lost, temptation, greed and corruption influenced the choices made.
The book is a true story of redemption and forgiveness. It is a true story of God's work in the lives of two men at a time in their lives when they needed Him the most.
