Gallo quotes one pioneering entrepreneur about the primary tool that brought her astounding prominence as an innovator: “The days are gone,” she noted, “where you command someone to do something and they do it. That whole directive management style is gone. You have to coach, inspire, instill, and persuade people to get to where you want them to go.”
