I am one of the many people who enjoy drinking my cup of green tea every after meals. Even before I have read this book, I am already a tea lover. I didn't know that there is this specific tea type that is not only good for the health but is also effective in improving a person's mood. Nowadays, Japanese tea has gained so much popularity and this book had introduced me to the history and health benefits of Japanese tea. From the regular tea that I am drinking, I am now making a switch to Japanese green tea to be able to experience its mood enhancing effects.
