5.0 out of 5 starsBreak the Chains of Bad Habbits. (I loved this book)

Liam does a fantastic job taking the time to break down bad habits, and giving solutions to these issues. Something I struggle with on a daily basis, is finding the motivation to complete tasks. After reading this book, I finally understand the barriers that I am facing, are self created. I can finally move forward, and conquer my issues. I would recommend this book to anyone who is SERIOUS about tackling their bad habits, and improving their life for the better.
5.0 out of 5 starsJam-packed with Useful Information

Liam Jackson's short book is packed with information. Well-organised, concise, clear, and a pleasure to read. An excellent first resource for anyone looking to change their habits, Jackson's book provides easy-to-follow steps, each of which is broken down into a mix of examples, tips, and notes from what research has shown us so far. Jackson is a motivating and inspiring writer who clearly wants to see his readers succeed, not just give him money. I already feel motivated to change some of the habits I have so far gotten away with; but I recognise that once I get into a job that isn't as active, they will start to drag me down (candy, chocolate, chips, computer, begone!).
