The suggestions offered here in the Edge of Chaos are worth serious consideration. My concern is who can we trust to make these considerations honestly and with our country not the wealthy best intrest in mind. Thank You Dambisa Moyo for your clearly in depth review of this extremely important subject.
Well written thought-provokingt book that questions a number of established concepts about democracy and how economics impacts our way of living in today's democracies. A bit long on statistics and repeats itself a bit too much in making its point. Overall a good read and recommended to anyone interested in today's political environment.
Its full of statistics and doesn't have any personal touch to it. Despite the author dedicating it to her Zambian family and her late young sister, there is no other mention of Zambia, the author's Country of origin. Strange.
Dr. Mayo provides another great compilation and analysis of global events... better described as Chaos ... with strong thought out arguments on the way forward.... policy makers, students and the World need to read this book.
