First of all, I just want to say that I absolutely love Glynda Lomax's work. I have been a follower of hers for years and even in times I was backslidden, I always have come back to the Lord after hearing her audio messages, reading her messages on her websites (Just Praise Him Today) and now checking out three of her books. I have always sensed that I discovered Glynda's work for a reason and I truly believe in her calling and ministry of God's word that speaks to me and many, many others. I may not always 'like' what she has to say because I am of guilt & shame as to my own sins but I know she receives the messages she presents from our Lord Jesus and I have great admiration of her strength and testimonies and I press forward and take my problems to the Lord in prayer. That said I would never blame Glynda for the words she has presented that was a slap in the face to me -and I needed it! She is truly a woman of God! If she got through to me with her messages certainly she will touch you too if you give her works a chance! If her messages do not shake you awake spiritually by her doing the Lord's work, I really don't know what will other than God himself! -Which by the way I do not recommend waiting for God to do it because it is not fun when you have been given ample time to correct sinful ways in your life. I will just say, I know from my own experience.
When Glynda puts out a message she is not doing it to entertain or scare you, mincing words or playing games. You will know the truth because if you begin to seek the Lord in prayer, the Lord will confirm it to you and you will be led to know what you need to work on and what you need to be studying in the word. This has been my personal experience and I am now paying more mind to this than ever.
Anyway, back to my review. I have read the Wilderness Companion (this book talks about God's refinement and testing of our souls, why we are experiencing the wilderness and regarding on what we need to be working on), 'Loosed from the Chains of Darkness' (this book talks about generational curses and getting free from sin that seems like it constantly plagues is -I am still reading this one) and now 'No Longer Mine' which talks about the spiritual climate in America mainly how our sins have and will impact us all and the world in what is coming in the end times, which clearly I believe we are living in. I bought this book for Kindle and I read the whole thing this morning within 2 1/2 hours while having my coffee. Some of the messages in the book are posted up on her blog/website, but what I like about the book as she has tied it altogether at once to make very clear that our sins and abominations are what has led to our nation's destruction. It is not God's will for us to have been punished. We brought it on ourselves and the better we as individuals do to correct these in our lives the better we will fare in the end if we are truly repentant!
I do not want to give the book away, but I implore anyone seeking answers for what they see unfolding (especially now) and the reasons why -to pick this book up and read it, focus on what is being said here, take it to the Lord Jesus in prayer and reflect on their own hearts what they have done, seek repentance and be observant to what you see unfolding around you. If you seek in prayer, wisdom and discernment and turn from your sin, you will be amazed what the Lord will show you in what is on the horizon. You will be further amazed when you see further confirmation from others -especially those who don't even know you. I further hope you will find a blessing in what you read and impress upon you any work, if called, you must do. God has a purpose for each and everyone of us if we would put away the worldly and seek him in our purpose. May this book be a blessing and a spiritual awakening to you in the times we are living and judgements we are witnessing.
Many blessings and thanks to Glynda for putting it all into an easy to read and perfect understanding for us all!
