I really liked this compilation of stories. Could Elena be any more BA? No. No, she could not. Her story with Camden is intense, steamy, and sometimes laugh out loud funny! Calden, for all of his genetically engineered perfection is clueless when it comes to how to deal with his perfect mate. Alek is awesome! What a cutie! And the part where his mother gives him what he needs to save himself...This kid definitely inherited his mother's mighty mojo. I was so happy Jasyn got his perfect match as well! That was one sweet girl with a core of steel! Later we have geniuses, Dragon riders, and if course, The Wild Prince. The only critique I have is that each story gets shorter and less detailed. They were all so good, they deserve all of the care and attention that went into the first story. That is the only reason it got four instead of five stars.

Great compilation of previously separately released titles. I had read each book individually, but was happy to get them all together in one compilation.
May Sage is an incredibly imaginative and talented writer. She's usually an auto-buy for me. She skillfully blends great world-building with great romance, with just enough angst thrown in to keep you glued to the pages, racing to the hopefully happy ending.
4.0 out of 5 starsEnjoyed it some things I'd change but good.

This is my second time reading this book. I still enjoy it. The characters I think are good but not as well developed as I would want but just enough. The world was good as well but not unique because of the whole alien mate trope. The romance was good a little too quick but again not bad enough for me to dislike it. Its a story with multiple point of views and also mini stories outside if the main one. To me they could have all been their own book which I probably would have enjoyed more but again I didn't mind enough to not read it.
4.0 out of 5 starsI liked it and would love to have it expanded

I liked it but felt disappointed at the jumps in time (5 yrs, 20 yrs) and the jumps sometimes go to a different couple so you are left wondering about the previous couple. I felt like I was reading multiple (short) novellas. The ending of the book was abrupt and jarring.
Would love to see the book expanded into a whole series with multiple books covering each couple. Really great stories but need more depth
3.0 out of 5 starsI felt the author was not really invested in the book or characters with her whole heart.

Why I like the book I would of liked it more about Calden and Lena. Why didn't they have more kids this could of been many stories but it felt rushed and jumped time 5yrs later 8yrs later then 20yrs . The only time I like jumping time is in a epilogue which we got none just a The End. The trials for Lena where laughable and not in a funny way more like what just happened was too quick and easy for Lena .
What i read of it was ok but nothing special. I refused to read any more because it had a scene where the aliens prove she is 100% compatible with the emporer and the start of the chapter is "5 years later". So the supposed main characters haven't said a word to each other in the book but now they are suddenly 5 years into a relationship and have a child together. I need a bit more character interaction than that and the world building wasn't much better.
This was way way awesome you get like three books in one. It rocked i loved the story and the characters especially the tough as nails redhead, chip, and of course the dragon's at the end. It all totally rocked but I was sad to see the end i hope she writes more books in that world although I doubt it i would love to see more of those characters.
May Sage at her best. Great strong (and rather stubborn) characters. Awesome world building. Adventures, action, comedy, drama, romance, hot moments ... Once I started reading I had a hard time stopping to continue with normal life. Several story lines running parallel and intersecting each other, creating a captivating book. I loved that each had a HEA.
I really enjoyed the first half of this book, it was focused mainly on Lena and Calden, their son Alek and his uncle Jaycn. We see from each of their POVs but mainly Lena and Calden. I thought it had a good storyline and it was written well, I did think that the whole book would be about Lena and Calden however, as the book continues it spirals off into quite a few different characters and their stories; I felt there were just too many additional side stories that didn't contribute that much and I felt Leda and Calden's story was kind of stopped short. There were moments where it returned to them but briefly. I also felt the second halves writing wasn't of the same quality. Overall, it is an OK read, but I won't be reaching for it again.
I’d forgotten how good this book is. May Sage writes great books with amazing characters. Each female is the perfect mate for the male in question, entering their lives just when needed. This book is actually four stories and starts on earth with Lena and ends with her sons HEA twenty-eight years later. It’s brilliantly written from many characters viewpoints. Every book by May Sage is a page turner, and every time I wish it didn’t have to end. Thank you for another truly magnificent book May. 😊

I enjoyed the stories in this book but it lost a star from me because of tbe way it jumped about for couple to couple. I would have preferred if each couple had been given their own full length novel.
The stories were really different than the average scifi romace on kindle and I loved each couple because of their differences. Thats really why I wanted them to have longer stories, I felt they had a lot more to give and I wanted to read it.
