I am very new to PowerPoint, so I interpreted "Quickly" as an intro course. I bought 2 books on Powerpoint so I could learn it quickly; although I will return to this book to see if it has details the other doesn't, this is not a helpful book for a new learner. First of all, I have PP 2016 and this book doesn't mention that it's going off of PP 2010, so I couldn't follow the very first lesson with the changed 2016 application. Then the book goes into how to insert an image on a colored background - great, but I still am learning how to make a slide. Then it goes right into advanced techniques. It is laid out disjointedly without an index, which is all fine if you actually know what you are doing, mainly because the book is so short. Would recommend "Microsoft Powerpont Tips, Tricks and Shortcuts" or looking at Microsoft's training website for a better experience.
