I don't like cliffhangers, and it isn't good enough to warrant me buying another partial story. No thank you I don't do cliffhangers.
4.0 out of 5 starsThis one is DEFINITELY one of the better ones. Kind of a cool plot

Been reading a lot of SHTF/ EMP books from amazon lately, especially the ones we can get for a buck or 2 or 3. This one is DEFINITELY one of the better ones. Kind of a cool plot, characters you want to root for, and some good action. Most of the low cost books are horribly edited, and as kind of a grammar nazi, that takes away significantly from the flow of reading. This book has only a few mistakes that jumped off the page, and they are very minor. I like this author's style, and I've already read book 2 in the series, I will keep buying if they stay this good. Well worth a couple bucks and a few hours of fun reading. Nice work.

This is a well written and cohesive story that takes a startling turn towards the end of the book that gives it a whole new direction. Very realistic and excellent chracter development and back story. An excellent base for the eginings of what looks to be a great series. I am looking forward to the sequel.
This is not your typical shtf story, and there are some sci-fi elements. I liked the dialogue between the husband and wife, probably more realistic under the stress of the circumstances than some other stories of this type. It does stop abruptly, and was slow in spots, but was worth a buck.

I really enjoyed reading Survive. It’s fast paced with lots of action. If you enjoy reading thrillers having to do with conspiracy theories and that sort of thing you’re absolutely going to LOVE this little gem of a book!

I couldn't put it down,,,,kept telling myself just one more chapter,,it all felt real ,what would you do if suddenly things just weren't right? Neighbors killing each other, things going bump in the dark, what is really going on?
Most of the books in this genre coming out these days all tell the same story about an EMP attack and the hero is always a former SpecOps war hero who had the smarts and somehow the millions to properly prep before the Fall. Do all these authors belong to the same prepper club of what?
This was a good story and I enjoyed reading it but it came to an open abrupt ending making you have to go to the next book in order to see what happens. It basically ended in the middle of a story so I do not recommend this book.
