I read Elizabeth's book when it first came out a few months ago and her gems of advice still come back to me. Not only is it a humorous book, but it's a real mom giving real advice. Too often, parents are caught up in the competition of childhood and trying to be the BEST, or just trying to feel good about what they're doing on a daily basis. This book is real examples of a parent just trying to do her best while putting a little humor into some daily struggles. Parenting is hard and serious work, and like Elizabeth says you have to take care of yourself- even if that means stopping at Starbucks often.
It was a really fast read, and yes, it's funny and you will laugh, but there is some really GREAT advice. You don't need to be a twin parent to appreciate her book either.
