Kyczy Hawk offers yet another brilliant discovery of intertwining yoga and recovery. For anyone who is a yoga teacher, person of recovery or simply someone who is open and willing to delve deeper into escavating oneself, this book will reveal a greater sense being. She has authentically kept the spirit of the 12 steps as the braid throughout this book. Her rendition of yogic terminology and principles is outlined clearly for both the experienced yoga teacher and one who simply has a love for yoga. There is also an energy of sweetness just by holding the book in hand. Thank you Kyczy for once again being of service for others. - Leann J.
