Not a bad intro book. Summarizes the diet succinctly and provides good recipes. Supposed to be for people who don't usually cook too but I personally think it'll be intimidating for someone who doesn't usually cook

Meal plans with nutrition facts, recipes, pictures, and very detailed instructions. It’s pretty much to the point—exactly what it says it is. If that’s what you’re looking for, then you’ll like this book.
