I love books of this kind, and I've read books on this topic. I studied this book and saw that it was written at a high level. The book includes all the basic strategies regarding body language. I advise you to read this book all those who love to find something in life.
Body language is something that is useful for us all to read as it gives us an insight into what people are feeling and their emotions. It’s a useful book to read whether you will be using it at work or around friends as it will help you to evaluate them more clearly and understand them. It’s a clearly written guide and one I would recommend having around as a reference to look back at.
I found this to be a complete waste of my time. It seems that a booklet was simply thrown together using subject categories, without providing any real substance or depth. Extremely amateurish.
