4.0 out of 5 starsFun to read and a good weekend at the beach read!

I enjoyed Charm Me, a tale of a witch who hides the fact that she's a witch. But when she meets handsome shooting range owner, Devlin Sawyer, she knows her life is about to change. There's something about Devlin she can't quite put her finger on… They fall fast and hard for each other and at last his secret comes out—he's half wolf. He can't shift, but he has the senses associated with his father's kind. And he knows already that she's a witch. How this all works out is what makes this a fun read.

Tena Stetler in “Charm Me” weaves a romantic story of two young business owners who meet, but who have a hint of paranormal qualities to their character—just enough to make the story unique. Devlin Sawyer, shifter, owns an indoor shooting range, and Summer Rylie, white witch, owns a yoga studio and a charming little dog called Piper.
Summer and Devlin meet when Summer wants to buy a gun and learn to shoot for self-protection. Sparks fly immediately. But each character has a secret he or she needs to share before they can become a couple.
When Devlin invites Summer to his cabin in the mountains along with his sister and her husband, the romance bursts into bloom. Despite the cold and snow of their surroundings, the couple’ attraction develops and the sparks grow hotter. . .igniting flames of passion.
This is not only a fun Valentine’s Day read, but also a perfect story to read with a warm cup of chocolate, coffee, or tea on a chilly evening.
Not your average boy meets girl here. When Summer Riley walks into Devlin Sawyer’s gun club and signs up for a protection class it’s clear they both feel the electricity in the Colorado air. But they’ve both got their secrets and suspect the other has one as well. Will they let down their guards and let the other in by Valentine’s Day? I enjoyed the attraction between the two unconventional characters and found Summer’s dog, Piper, cast perfectly in the supporting role. A great winter read.
Charm Me is a well written short story that leads the reader through the lives of two people who are trying to build a life for themselves. But, it was when they met each other that their lives became entangled. It is a beautiful story and lives up to the title of Charm Me. The fact that it is centered around the candy heart Charm Me makes this even more enticing.
My suggestion is to grab a hot chocolate and a comfortable spot. Settle down to an entertaining read.
This is another short story in the Candy Hearts series, where each story is based around a saying on a Valentine's candy heart. This one had some paranormal elements to it, which I enjoyed. I loved Summer, an elemental witch; her guard dog; and the hero, Devlin, who has a few secrets of his own. At the end, I wished there was more to read. I wanted to find out how their lives and their children's lives (assuming they have some) turn out. Well written and enjoyable.
I enjoyed the twists of this delightful Valentine's Day romance. Summer is trying to live a normal life and not rely on her usual magical ways to protect herself which leads her to a shooting range where she meets Devlin, who owns the business. Discovering their magical and shifting powers of these two small business owners was fun and surprising. The scenery in this novella is gorgeous too.
A Navy Seal and a witch - what more could you ask for? This is another wonderful story by this author with interesting twists, closely held secrets, and romance that leaves you longing for more! This is a fast moving read that will keep you turning pages.

This was another Candy Hearts romance I was going to start tonight and finish tomorrow. Once again, I couldn't put it down. Secrets, guns, a fluffy Chow dog, and a little bit of magic make this story a fun read.
