I like understanding the backstory. I enjoy learning the facts. I appreciate knowing why something is important beyond my current understanding.
This book very concisely provides all of that, giving me much more to go on when weighing its content.
I've bought some of the less expensive gadgets on the market but they haven't helped, so it's either just live with it (sentencing loved ones to the same fate), throw more money at it and hope for better results, go get a sleep study done and end up with a CPAP or surgery... or hey I could try these really simple exercises first and see if it can make a difference! So I'm going to give these a try.
