As many people have, I grew up in a home with an alcoholic parent. It often left me wondering why I didn't understand how to interact well with others (in my younger years) or what it was that was keeping me stuck and afraid, when seemingly all was generally going well though in a rut (more recently).
Steve Chandler's book "Fearless" will be a constant on my shelf, with all it's highlights and dog eared pages. It goes straight to the heart in Steve's no nonsense way (love that) and helps us to see those little thoughts we've been believing all our life that may be untrue or at least not helpful and are sabotaging our success. This insight has helped me to exchange negative thoughts with more empowering ones and that has been a huge turning point for me and in my relationships.
