This book chronicles many of the assassination attempts on Adolph Hitler in World War 2. Book is very well organized, researched, and laid out well. You will learn things that were left out of history as well as the correct facts about the incidents surrounding the attempts on Hitler's life, as I even fact checked things I had learned in history classes, the book is correct, classes were wrong! Excellent book with good grammar and spelling throughout. Highly recommend to history and World War 2 buffs, and it is also very readable for those newer to historical accounts. I received a ARC pdf copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
As a student. Of the History of WW II I have read both Sir Winston Churchill' s Six Volume opus and Mr. William Schiff's Rise and Fall of the Third Reich years ago. While both are excellent they are extremely long and over time the facts fade. In Mr. Price's book we focus on the 40 attempts on Hitler's life during his time as the leader of his NAZI's. The book is extremely well researched and well written. Because the short history is so extremely readable I think a wide audience will enjoy reading it very much. I encourage everyone read this book and the other similar histories Mr. Price has written about the NAZI's!!!
