The Mommy MD Guide To Survivng Morning Sickness is a great source of information and comfort for any new mom or mom-to be. The book is divided into symptoms all women can experience during pregnancy but the best part is the advice comes from doctor moms who have been through the same experiences themselves. Their suggestions aren't all the same either because each person is different so they're experiences are different. Morning sickness and other illnessses that can come during pregnancy are not one size fit's all and the doctors speak as is they are talking to you over coffee in your kitchen. What worked for one didn't work for another..I also liked the format because , though it is a quick read, you can easily refer to a specific sypmtom for when you don't have the time or the stamina to read it all. All the Mommy MD books would make great baby shower books.

This new Mommy MD Guide book is an amazing addition to the series. I love how the information comes from Moms who are also Doctors, so we, the readers, get the best of both worlds when it comes to practical advice. I bought this book for my friend who is struggling with morning sickness and she found the information in this book helpful to her situation.
5.0 out of 5 starsLike Talking to Friends about Morning Sickness

I love the little pocket guides in this series of Mommy MD Guides. They are quick to read and they are fun to read. This morning sickness guide -- written by a male doc! -- reads like talking to a friend. The women who contribute the tips are so human and approachable, and it is easy to forget they are doctors. They are a real support group for readers.
