This is only the second real estate book I’ve found worth reading- the other is “Crushing it in apartments and commercial real estate”. It provides a ton of solid information and advice along with real word examples.

Have you ever studied a subject by reading books, talking to experts, and watching videos only to find yourself stuck in a sort of “paralysis by analysis?” Well, I finally found a clear path for action in Ken Rosen’s Investing in Income Properties. I’ve read at least 30 real estate books, talked to numerous commercial real estate professionals and watched countless videos – from investing, financing, and operating real estate to the detailed nuts and bolts of deals. Each added to my knowledge base, but Ken Rosen’s Big Six Formula provided that core of knowledge and understanding which enabled me to crystalize my income real estate investment strategy.

His clear, crisp writing style is packed with valuable information - no filler and no fluff. This book focuses on developing and carrying out an investment strategy. It allowed me to filter out unimportant factors and hone in on the key characteristics of income property that lead to successful transactions.

I highly recommend this breakthrough book in the income property field.

Mr. Rosen takes the subject of real estate investing and does a great job of communicating his personal experiences to the reader. This makes the book interesting to read as well as informative with regards to how he has been successful in his real estate endeavors. I would highly recommend this book for anyone who aspires to get involved in real estate investing.
