Cute story and a quick read. I am a senior citizen, but I love animals so I enjoyed it. I will read the other e-books in the series.

This is a fast moving colourful tale about a futuristic Chichester. This book is about food, in the world of 2055 there's not much of it about. Except in Chichester, where there is plenty and where aliens flock to gorge themselves in the city's many restaurants. The problem starts when the aliens, who come to visit, are themselves very tasty. The city's greedy twolegs are hunting them, but not to feed them but to feed their own profits. Fabia, a resourceful eleven-year-old girl, is herself put in danger but with the help of Sparkle and Topaz, the budgies, Codger, the mole, Button and Stitchley, the spiders and the Labrador Empress, she does her best to help them.

I have read two of the Creatures of Chichester books, I think they are great for children. This story is a fast-paced story about some rare and tasty aliens visiting Earth, and arriving in Chichester in the future where the city has turned into a hub of restaurants and the aliens are being hunted because they will make a tasty profit for the 'twolegs'. There is action and drama to keep readers young and old engaged and entertained throughout the book. This is the fifth book in the Creatures of Chichester series, it is great for those who have read the previous books, but also works fine as a stand alone children's story giving explanations about the characters as they are introduced.
