Elliott and Grace's story was wonderful! This is the second book in the series and just as good if not better than the first. Grace is trying to find her sister who has dissepered, so she goes to a ball pretending to be her sister. Elliott knows right away she is not her sister. Poor Grace enlists Elliott to help her find her missing sister but discovers that her sister is not a very good person. I have absolutely fallen in love with these three, sort of brothers.
very good. I read all of the brotherhood series, and honestly wish there were more. I'm done them now but just started re reading. I like the way they ended and everything in between. it kept is suspenseful but love wins out. I love that. always something exciting and loved the new characters on the way through the whole series. not to dark but romantic too. loved it. I would read them in order, you get to know the characters first. after this is abandoned then lured! all excellent
... is book #2 in The Brotherhood Series. It is so much better than the first book. Instead of the predictable regency romance kidnapping we get a real mystery that needs solving. The characters are interesting and their banter makes the reader laugh. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I am glad I bought it. Now, I will definitely buy the third book in this series.

While I really enjoyed Alexander and Evelyn's story, I found so much more to like with this pairing! The dialogue was very witty as well as ,occasionally, sexy. The love-making was very hot. Not sure I care enough about Leo. Maybe in a few weeks or months.
I have enjoyd both books of the brotherhood series. This is the second in the series, very well written. I'm not usually into vampire books, this one was different, well composed, focusing more on taming the monter inside thu love.

This is a highly interesting series, it makes you think, it makes you wonder, it makes you rush get to the end. I can't wait to read Books 3 & 4. I highly recommend all books by this superb author.

Slave To The Night is book two of The Brotherhood paranormal historical romance series.
This is the story of Eliot who becomes enthralled by the widow Grace Denton. Grace has come to London at the request of her sister Caroline, but when when she arrives, she finds that her sister has mysteriously disappeared. Grace reads Caroline's diary in the hopes of finding her and they lead her to Eliot Markham, a dark and puzzling man.
Written in the style of a Regency Romance, this series offers an extra layer with a paranormal twist. I would recommend reading these books in order to get the most from the experience.

The second book in this series continues with Eliot Markham' s Story. He is approached by Grace Denton, a widow searching for her missing sister, believing him to be involved in her disappearance. Eliot is a creature of the night, having been bitten whilst in Bavaria by a golden haired temptress.
All the characters from the first book are here once again, helping Grace who obviously has fallen in love with Eliot.
This book can be read as a stand-alone, but is better for having read the first.
I enjoyed reading the second book in the series. Although it kept a good pace throughout. I did feel as if there should have been more surprises . Throughout the story I could detect what was going to happen next which can be a bore. However, I am still eager to see how it ends.
