5.0 out of 5 starsFinally Ed's story

5 stars just don't seem enough for this chapter in "The Coach's Boys" stories. Ed finally gets his long overdue happily ever after. This book touches ever part of your heart, it deals with the loving bonds between all of his boys and the love of his life. It also shows the devastating results of years of child abuse and the struggle to reconnect with his daughter. This book had me smiling, crying and laughing, stuck between being happy for the ending and mourning the ending of a wonderful series. Each and everyone in the series have become family to me. If you have not read the series I would highly recommend them. Believe me....it is worth it you won't be disappointed. Love Kristy K. James and every book she has written.

I am beyond happy that I found this series!! I love the charters and story lines. I know you addressed a difficult story line with care and respect for everyone who has been affected by it. Thank you for sharing Mary's story in a way that lets other see how people carry the pain of abuse.

I enjoyed this one just because Ed is such a good father. He was cheated out of the enjoyment of fatherhood by his x wife. She is a nut case no wonder the daughter is doped into thinking her real Father cared nothing for them. Second chances for Ed and Jenna, she hung in there with Ed no matter what. The support characters were great, enjoyed them from a previous books. Awesome story telling with, powerful plots. One twist I didn't see coming was his younger daughter, that was really keeping me turning pages just to see how that turned out.....
I loved this book, it made me laugh, cheer and cry a little. I loved how the story developed and we really got to know Ed and his relationship with Jenna, and with his daughters. And I loved how he dealt with his ex and a horrible person we met in the first book of the series I can't wait to hopefully see more of these characters in the future Kristy K James had one again made me feel like I was part of the story this is a must read

Couldn't put them down to get some sleep. And when I did, I started in again first thing in the morning! I also took them with me while doing laundry. (I think the appliances ran faster those days!) I'm looking forward to reading ANYTHING written by this author! Great job!
I just love The Coaches Boy's Series. I was happy to finally read Ed's story. I like how she portrayed him as a tuff cop jet very compassionate and loving. You definitely saw this displayed in his interactions with his troubled daughter. I loves how Jenna stuck with him through thick and thin even when he tried to push her away for her safety. This was a very well written story as all of her books. Kudos Ms. James.
I enjoyed this short book. The others in the series are also good. You will understand the relationships of the characters better if you read the other books in order, but this story will stand alone. It is refreshing to find stories that are interesting with attraction but no explicit sex. These stories have intrigue but no foul language or gore. Thank you, Ms. James.
