This book will change your life! I couldn't put it down! It's an easy read with inspiring stories that will touch your heart.
Personally, the stories in this book validate the good things that I am doing as a parent, and inspire me to go above and beyond for my wife and kids to be the best husband and father that I can be.
It's evidential that the author, Greg Trimble, put his heart and soul into writing this book.

Chapters are quick to read and quite enjoyable. They are written from the perspective of a member of the Church of Jesus Christ, but the principles are universal in application. Anyone who desires some boost and motivation to be a better father should read this book and keep as reference for down times.

4.0 out of 5 stars I appreciate the author's intent

My wife suggested this book to me after hearing about it during a church meeting. It is a quick read. While it was somewhat inspiring (I did highlight several quotes and paragraphs through the book) there wasn't a lot of "meat" to it. It was written in a very casual way, similar to a conversation amongst friends. That isn't necessarily bad. In fact, that contributes to the ease of reading as well as practical application of the concepts discussed.

Overall, well worth reading.

This book literally changed my life. As a young father, I was pursuing a lot of things that I thought would bring me happiness and I was ignoring the precious souls bouncing right in front of me. This book gave me new perspective and great fatherly advice on how to move forward. My kids and wife have never been happier and I'm so grateful!

A good guide and a lot of information shared and views to consider when working on being a good dad and looking for some guidance.
I am not a religious person nor was I raised Mormon, but the Mormon perspective is appreciated.
