A simple straight to the point guide book on how to overcome anxiety. Anxiety is definitely something unpleasant which nobody wants to face but the problem is many do not know what to do when they encounter it. This book surely provides a quick reference on how to handle it and reverse to beat the anxiety, fear and worry. Content is presented in clear and easy to understand manner.
This book does not really cover much on resolving social anxiety at all. The advice seems pretty amateur - take a hot bath?... try to stop negative thoughts! Unfortunately it is not that simple and telling people to be more positive just does not cut it. Instead of wasting your money on this, try a decent book written by a professional ' stop thinking, start living' by dr Richard Carlson is worlds away from this rubbish.
