The exercises that are mentioned in this book are quite simple and can easily do it on your daily routine. I've tried the eating exercise mentioned in this book and I must say that although it's a bit dragging at first, you'll find and appreciate more of the food and flavor of what you eat plus it's actually helping your digestion by doing this eating exercise.
