A very personal and candid story of one man's fight against OCD. I was touched by the grace and the humor the author used to tell his story. Worth the read. I learned a lot and I was entertained as well.

This is an informative read as to what goes on in the mind of somebody with OCD. OCD can be complex and unpleasant, however Gregory Conrad describes his feelings with a clarity that made me feel like I understood some of his thought processes. I marked this as four stars because of the intensity of the book, but I learned so much and am glad I read it.
It's a really good, quick read. It definitely made me more cognizant of the struggles that people with OCD deal with on a day to day basis. I appreciate the author's honesty and candidness throughout. There are few excerpts that could make some people feel a little squeamish, but the author warns you upfront if you want to skip those sections.
