3.0 out of 5 starsIt was ok

Just ok. There's always something to take away but I guess I was expecting something deeper. In any case, interesting....
I commend the author for writing this, but it is not very good. I was looking forward to learning a new way of integrating astrology and numerology into my tarot practice, but too much of this is the author rambling on about himself. Not very interesting. I also didn't like how he kept recommending how we should only read for ourselves and not for others, but then he keeps telling us about his clients. I was also annoyed by how he keeps bringing up evil, as if he could easily become a victim if he doesn't watch it. This sounds really immature to me. And finally, when he does begin to talk about different reading techniques, the spreads are very vague and the directions are unnecessarily convoluted. I only read half of this because it was so annoying. I am glad I found this for free, so I didn't invest money in it. I just thought this book needed an unbiased review, since it is obvious that the 14 other reviews are written by the author's friends and clients. I hope none of his clients feel the urge to learn the cards for themselves and read for others because they might be overtaken by evil. Haha! (p.s. I added one extra star for the pretty cover.)
5.0 out of 5 starsI highly recommend reading this book

This book was fabulous and really helped me understand how tarot can decode the soul and how it can help you understand where you are at in your life. This really helped me see how I was financially blocked and the steps I need to take to get to where I want to go. Thank you, thank you, thank you! This helped me see a blind spot and now infinite possibilities lie before me. I highly recommend reading this book. It is a gem.
The tone is a complete turn off. The tone reads as almost disgusted. I could not get past it. The author ranted excessively about the danger of reading for others and about most people's lack of discipline, all of which I found to be the antithesis of trying to level up in life. He just seemed to realize that humanity was mostly garbage and only a few us really got it. I don't know how such pessimism allows for improvement in one's life. I had to stop reading because of all the negative energy emanating from the author.
3.0 out of 5 starsInteresting info, if you can find it. Lots of personal thoughts

I hate writing reviews, so I only do in extreme circumstances.
Reading this was like reading a cooking blog, you have to real a life story before getting to the recipe.
I was looking for a book on how to combine numerology, astrology & tarot, this was not the book I was looking for. It does use numerology like calculations, then puts a tarot card to them. Like finding your birth card, month card etc.
Its cool if you like a book that has a lot of the author point of view in it. I don't & was looking for something more like a text book.
Couldn't get past the second chapter. His philosophical ranting and overuse of metaphors was annoying, but when I tripped over his arrogant declaration that no one should read for others, etc, etc, or it's horribly draining ... blah, blah, blah. It's all his opinion and nothing more. And i completely disagree. So, while the sounded good, it's not worth time I've already spent on it.
This book is very complete. It deals with tarot but also with other disciplines like Astrology, which makes it really attractive. With this book you will be given different tips that will help you with your tarot reading.
