Note: Don't let this be the end, there are others who have a story begging to be told . . . Jared (with his lost), Kid (with his jail time), Buck (with his anger) and Cobra (let him break the cycle).
This was the best book of the series. This story grabs a hold of you and never lets go. If I were to highlight everything I loved about the book, it would cover 70% of the story. I love the fierce passion Jagger has for those he loves. Jagger and Totty have an instant bond. It's about two people who have endured abuse at the hands of the people who were supposed to love and protect them. They both had their own way of dealing with it and came out strong in the end. There were so many possessive phrases in here that I'm in Alpha heaven. I love those possessive males and the woman that soothe them. Totty's letter to her mom at the end of the book is so heartbreaking, encouraging and emotional but shows a strength that comes from within.
