5.0 out of 5 starswisdom

I really like Dr. Evans teachings. Very scriptual, simply and to the point. Holds lots of wisdom from God's word about what we should and should not say.
This is truth in it's most powerful display! You can't just read this book and walk away... you will be convicted, instructed, and if you embrace it, you will most definitely be changed by it! We must be if we ever expect to see the hand of God work in our lives in all of His fullness. We are accountable for our part in all of this. Well written and gets to the heart of the matter boldly and quickly. So very worth the read!

I enjoyed this book tremendously. It is so important to use our words carefully. I appreciate how Pastor Evans relates all he says to scripture. Scripture has a great deal to say about the tongue and how we use it. This is a book I will keep handy to read over again. These are lessons that need to be deep in my heart.

The quality of the playback is really poor. I even purchased a new CD player thinking it was the player, but even on the new player the playback of the CDs skip and then go silent and then play again by themselves.... Very poor quality. I would recommend buying the book instead of the CD version.
I ordered Tony Evans book because I figured if his daughter Priscilla could write such outstanding books, then she must have been highly encouraged by her Dad. Sure enough...I was not disappointed. I highly recommend any of their books.
I was comforted, encouraged and helped. We are so quick to find fault when the fault lies in oneself. Negative, toxic thinking destroys the brain and the body. Instezd of tellingothers they arewrong j now ask them questions so that it canbecome a discussion and not a condemnation.
