5.0 out of 5 stars Double Trouble

Jade Jones has done it again with her ability to pull in the reader from the very first page. In this twisted tale we meet Ebony and Ivory a set of twins who are definitely not double the pleasure!

Ebony is the malicious scorned and for lack of a better word (trifling) twin, who is hell bent on having things her way just because she has made life for herself miserable. She wants nothing more than to have it all and will destroy whomever she has to, to get what she wants including her son CJ and her twin Ivory.

Ivory is the gulliable twin who sees nothing but the good in all people and is meek and wants nothing more than have the love of her boyfriend Black and to please her twin Ebony which leads her down a path of destruction

I do not want to give anything away and spoil it for the readers but you will enjoy this five star fire by Ms. Jones! She has once again captivated me and kept me entertained with the drama of these siblings! They bring a new meaning to sibling rivalry!

I admit that this is my first book by Author Jade Jones, although I have heard of her great books from others. She is a great story-teller, who knows how to keep her readers interested throughout. I can honestly say that since reading this book, I have purchased a few others. If she continues to write stories like these, she is surely on her way to the top of the New York Best Sellers List. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a great read! Ebony and Ivory are two very unique, yet similar characters. To say that they are sisters is one thing, but no one could ever tell from the things they did to each other. From beginning to end I was drawn into this book more and more. I just couldn't believe all the scandalous things those two got themselves into or did to each other. At first I was for one twin, but more drama happened which changed my sympathy for her. In the end I can say that both got what they deserved! I learned that no matter what life throws your way, don't blame others for the way you handle it or get through it. Life happens and it's solely up to us to live our own and not someone else's. Also be careful what you do and how you treat others because you just never know if/when they can come back into your life at some point in time. Kudos to Ms. Jones...job well done!

This book was all over the place...with the typical "good" twin and "bad" twin. This was scattered storyline with a weak twin who is a follower and a devious twin who is envious and jealous of her twin sister. I didn't connect with any of the characters in this book nor did I feel sympathy for the lead characters.....I skipped thru a lot of chapters just to be done with the book.

Jade, I got to give it to you. Ebony was one sick woman and Ivory was weak. I enjoyed the book and the storyline. It goes to show that what you put out you get 3 times that back. Ivory wisen up in the end but she forgot about the devil that lurked inside her sister. Maybe if they had worked together in a positive way they could have venture further. You have to read this book. Another 5 star Jade. Even Ebony's son knew that his mother was sick and was happy when they came and got him. Jah was also too damn nice and I knew that he was a killer. Ebony got what she deserved and Ivory still came out on top because she got life in jail but she lived. Black on the other hand was just plain nasty.

I must say reading this book had me getting so mad at Ebony.... how can a girl treat her sister the way she did... not just her sister but her twin sister... I think Ivory was really nieve and let her sister run all over her and used her to do her dirty work... If only Ivory could have found a man that would treat her right... Black should have ended up with Ebony and Jah should have ended up with Ivory... I guess they say opposites attract because all the good ones ended up with the bad ones... Ebony really upset me the way she treated her son... he didn't deserve it... now Ivory is where she is because of her trifling sister... Ebony got what she deserved in the end... But now I have to know what happens next... On to part 2...

This is the story of twin sisters Ebony and Ivory and from the start Ebony stayed scheming.
This was a excellent book.

I loved the characters and the story line were very well developed

The story will capture your interest until the end. The story line flowed very well.

All in all, I would recommend this book you should add to your list of books to read this year.

The author did a very good job and I'm sure you will enjoy as much as I did.

Thank you to the author for an excellent story

This was a wonderful story. Twins can be so different. To think your twin sister would go thru such length to sabotage her sister's relationship because she wants the man for herself. Jealousy & envy is a bad combination but karma is worst! Ebony was heartless but Ivory loved her. Ivory love for Ebony got her into so much trouble but whenever Ebony called Ivory always went running. You would think after she beat her up and caused her to miscarriage she would have left her alone.
