This very short book is full of grammatical errors that should have been corrected by a simple edit. I was not impressed either with the rehashing of overworked crime stories that have been recounted before in entire books. This book was a disappointment on several levels and I don't recommend it to anyone. Sorry.
The grammatical errors in this book were beyond annoying. I had to mentally edit the book in order to read it and even with that I could only make it a few pages. The author appears to have some talent and I'm confident with some editing and a lot of real research he could write a book worth reading. For now it is not worth the 2.99, very disappointing.
A short account of a few serial killers and their crimes. Some are well-known and have been solved, others are not. The background on some is given, but nothing that can't be found in other books. Proofreading is needed.
What makes a good mystery to me? Something I may suspect but just can't tie up until the end of the book. Characters that are interesting, the main character who is likable and who I can relate to and a couple good chuckles. This book has it all and I thoroughly enjoyed it. This is about the 4th book I've read by this author and I have enjoyed them all and just bought the 3rd book in this series to enjoy tonight. Small town cop Frank Bennett investigates the disappearance of a local girl with lots of subplots and a red herring or two. A good read!
