Enjoyable, informative little book. Good way to ease into a vegan diet if you are hoping for that rout. Motivational book too. I eat a lot of junk even though vegetarian and want to get out of the habit of junk, this book has motivated me into a desire to fast Monday, Wednesday and Friday and eat plant based on the other days. Read this book with an open, creative mind. Thank you Michael Jessimy!
This book is a good option to review the more popular intermittent fasting programs out there. But one would still need more in depth exploration on the chosen plan. I enjoyed the information. And it has helped convince me that IF is beneficial. Now to put it into practice
