Who doesn't need an extra two hours in a day? I already make a daily to-do list at night, so I don't have to remember items while I sleep. I strive to meet deadlines well before the clock runs down, and yet this book helped me set better goals and use my time more effectively. The exercises are effective; the reasoning sound. I see the value of this book as helping me live a more balanced life. Professional and personal are separate areas. My best days are when I have time for both.
This book contains some really helpful ways to streamline your work, giving you more time to do the fun stuff that you've been putting off. The worksheets are a valuable tool in letting you see where your time is going and helping you remedy what may be costing you unnecessary time.
