Eat whatever I want AND STILL lose weight? Strong claim, and I was intrigued! It sounded like this diet and I are a match made in heaven. I like the idea of the Flexible Diet because it doesn’t deprive me of my delicious favorites. I think it is effective because it limits your consumption to what only your body needs, and ensures you do not go over. Actually, come to think of it, any diet can be a Flexible Diet! The culprits really are overeating and overindulgence. This book contains some valuable information, and realistic advice. Recommended for diet fanatics!
4.0 out of 5 starsFlexible dieting is a nice concept for sure

Flexible dieting is a nice concept for sure. It makes sense when I think about it. You can lose some weight following this diet, however there is something I don’t quite understand: Why is there a meal plan including McDonald’s, Burger King and Dominos? Other than that the book was fine. It also went through supplementation to your diet, both chemical and organic. If I were to rate the book on the diet concept itself, I would rate 5, however the presence of „burger king“ advice and all the chemical supplements kind of devalues the book in my eyes.
This is perfect for the one who doesn't want to suffer any longer from being fat or to those who are being bullied by others, here's the solution to your problem. Try to give it a read. From the title itself it is a flexible diet. Most people think that dieting is a horrible experience but it isn't, you should enjoy dieting without prohibiting yourself on eating chocolates. So the book has the food you should eat every single day until you reach your goal of being slim.
