5.0 out of 5 starsA book about living your life insurance!
Reviewed in the United States on January 27, 2017
Everyone wants to know a way to build wealth safely and that you can effectively have control over. Kim Butler has shown in this little book how to use life insurance as an asset throughout your life and as a tool to create wealth for families. The growth shown is tax-deferred or tax-free and it is a better path for saving. You don’t have to be a professional investor to understand and benefit from reading this book.
5.0 out of 5 starsTake Control Over Your Finances & Live Your Life!

This is an excellent book for anyone looking for ways to plan for their retirement while simultaneously enjoying life with the added benefit of leaving a legacy behind to your heirs. Keep in mind that it's vital that you work with a professional agent who understands how to assist you in properly setting up permanent cash value life insurance. The author's CLUE Method is exactly the strategy I advise my clients to use in the implementation of their policies. C=Control, L= Liquidity, U=Use, E= Equity, please get the book so that you'll never have another sleepless night worrying about your 401(k) after a volatile day on Wall Street.
One of the simplest explanations of how to use life insurance as a financial vehicle to help you grow wealth. Better, in my opinion, than some of the more well known books on the subject. Straightforward and to the point without a lot of agent talk or legalese. A great place to start for those looking to escape the mutual fund/stock/bond cage for your wealth.

This book got me started on the road to better finance through alternative saving and investing. What an education! Excellent information for everyone especially you Primerica gurus. Keep an open mind and do your own due diligence. You will find this information not only true but enlightening and life changing. If you love math, the charts included will really open your eyes. If you don't love math, the bottom line figures will still shock you (hopefully into taking action). This book is for everyone who wants prosperity.
5.0 out of 5 starsMystery unveiled: making money work twice as hard for you

This book is a short read with concentrated information on different types of life insurance policies. Better than that, it shows creative (even surprising!) ways to use certain types of insurance to build tax-deferred or tax-free growth of your money. It describes ways to enhance your life at every stage of adulthood. In other words, using the policy for financial benefit while you are alive, not only for a payment to your family at the time of your passing. Hence the word "live" in the title. It's a complicated subject, but the author breaks down the concepts into understandable chunks and explains each step. She also describes the different actions and benefits to take at each stage of life: 20-40, 41-50, and 50+. I was particularly intrigued by learning how to use one kind of policy, in conjunction with specific financing on a home, to live a more fun and comfortable life after retirement - and still leave my heirs with more assets and no debt! If Kim ever writes a revised edition, I'd sure like to see some graphics to help demonstrate the concepts but this is a great expose` on the principles as-is.
5.0 out of 5 starsA great tool that further defines the concept and uses of this strategy.

I would recommend this book to anyone ready to question the current status quo of investment advice being doled out by so-called experts. It is a great complement to other books on the subject (any by Nelson Nash, Financial Independence in the 21st Century, The Power of Zero) and gives great definitions of all the basic terms associated with Infinite Banking/Income for Life, as well as providing possible scenarios as you age and your financial needs change. I'm ready to get started!

so many great ideas on things i wish i knew when i was much younger. PROPERLY STRUCTURED whole life insurance has helped me accumulate more cash reserves in a few short years than over 2 decades of stock market investing. i have a much better sense of security now that i never had before. a must read for those who are open minded to a very old financial instrument.
Life Insurance as a vehicle for financial prosperity is a new concept for me. This book explains the advantages of whole life insurance in a way that easy to understand and enjoyable to read. I highly recommend.
