5.0 out of 5 starsRead twice to better understand

At first I got confused then I read over again which is when I understood. Read with an open mind and read twice if you have to what you'll learn you still apply. You will simply learn what reflexology is and how to make use of this technique to better manage and deal with stress and anxiety which are most common with our world today.
5.0 out of 5 starsEasy to read and straight to the point

Easy to read and straight to the point. I really think the authors made a good job explaining reflexology and proper stress relief here. I'm not totally new when it comes to reflexology but I learned some useful things that I've never heard of before. Worth a read for people who needs to relieve stress!
It's about how can we use the reflexology for pains and for the stress. Explain where can you find the reflexology zones (on body and on face and on foot too). Short but interesting book. There are charts for your hands, ears, feet, and face that you can use for reflexology sessions at home too. Thanks for this good book.
