This is a must read for anyone considering ride sharing. The book is insightful and well organized. The blogs and the YouTube videos were only interested in getting the referral bonus. These sights provided unnecessary tips and other time wasting ideas i.e. candy. They authors boast how they are the only drivers getting the 5 star ratings.
This book gives common sense ideas. Just stay with the simple motto, "How would you like to be treated." Think of you position as a waiter in a restaurant. You want good food that is delicious served in a reasonable amount of time. You don't want to search for your waiter or waitress when you need assistance. If the pizza is ice cold and the drink is lukewarm, it doesn't matter if you received a free ice cream cone. No other extras will make a difference. Trust me - people will notice a clean car with a polite driver.
I have been driving for over a month using the ideas in this book. I have a 4.9 rating with 171 5-stars reviews and 6 compliments. I have also been getting 10 and 20 tips for rides over less than 20 miles.
