This book is a waste of time. Tips include things like drinking water and flossing. No new information and nothing too insightful about the information
I guess one redeeming quality for those who don’t know it is that the author emphasizes that your time is valuable. But just by reading that last sentence I’ve created as much useful information as this entire book
There’s a chapter on SMART goals which you can just google.
Another section on saving money on food which has all the same advice as every other website
Overall don’t waste your time reading this
