What I have learned about this book is that there is no such thing as naturally thin. It is on your eating habit. It is in the way you eat, the foods you eat and discipline you give to your lifestyle. The book has these 7 eating habits that those naturally thin people have. I am so interested to know all these eating habits because I want to know the secret of those who have gifted bodies. One thing people should put in mind is that don't eat snacks all the time. Snacks are really delicious and sometimes can create this mind set as 'just a small amount of sweets for snacks'. When these sweets happened constantly then it will just give you lots of sugar in your body and make you obese. This is so nice and helpful. Highly recommended read.
Wow I can't believe this book is FREE in Kindle format! I have done a fair amount of reading over the years on dieting and even did Weight Watchers as well as Scarsdale (don't recommend that one). I actually had two AHA moments!
I chose to add the audible feature for $1.99 so I could multi-task and found myself stopping to highlight certain points. Just which the narrator had a stronger voice. It was frequently, hard to hear.
This book tries to help the reader lose weight not by any diet or exercise fad, but by changing the mindset and habits. It certainly might take a bit of practice getting used to the ideas suggested in the book, but it gives practical and sound advice that are not over the top and very believable. It is also written in a way that is very easy to read.
What are eating bad habits and advice to change them. It makes a lot of sense. Habit #1 is probably my biggest down fall and implementing the steps to change. Best one is #7. Great advice. Well worth the time.
This book was mainly focused on how not to over eat, so pretty much getting use to the feeling of starvation. The book was simple and short. It could use more examples of how readers should implement the ideas. Overall, I'd say it is more for people who have eating disorders or are working towards eating healthier.
