5.0 out of 5 starsRuth Cardello doesn't disappoint with book 5 of "The Andrades"

*Bestselling author Ruth Cardello doesn't disappoint with book 5 of "The Andrades"with this steamy but sensual love story..(18+).......While going under a different name and praying she wouldn't be recognized, Gigia "Gigi" Bassano was a nervous wreck as she stood by watching her four brothers, Gio, Nick, Max, and Luke getting married on Slater Island. She studied her invitation so many times she was actually wearing off the imprint but she kept asking herself why she was even there at all? Her father, Gio Andrade Sr.always told her that her brothers would love her but everytime she thought of young Gio and all his harsh words back in Venice, Gigi was not only angry but vowed never to love any of them. Kane Sander looked at the young Italian beauty and he wanted to know more about her as she accidentally bumped into him and when he asked what her name was she simply said Luisella Romero. When she walked away upset, he followed her outside where eventually they shared an amazing kiss but when he asked her old she was, she answered twenty two and Kane slowly walked away leaving her there never looking back. What was he thinking? She was way too young and even though he wanted her in his bed, it wasn't about to happen. Gigi lived in Edinburgh, Scotland and she loved it there, especially since she started her own business with her best friend and it was doing very well but she never forgotten the most sexiest and handsomest man she once met three years ago and that "zing" of a kiss. With her mother's birthday coming up, it was time to return to Venice and put the past behind her. Zane Sander never had one problem when it came to women but truth be told, he didn't desire any woman since he met Luisella, and that unforgettable damn kiss three years ago, so as he sat patiently at the table with his best friend's wife Julia Andrade, he was stunned over two things. First, she needed him to go to Venice to bring Gigi home to New York and secondly, the shock on his face when saw a picture of her and it was no other than Luisella herself. His Luisella! As Gigi opened the door to see Kane Sander standing on her mother's front doorstep, she was not only shocked but livid when he demanded that she was going back to the States with him! Arriving to meet Gio and Julia for the first time, she was greeted with open arms but Kane ignored her for days to come. As much as he tried to stay away from her to avoid his best friend's wrath, Kane and Gig ended up by having a wild love affair only for Gigi to fall heads over heels for Kane. Believing that Kane didn't love her and regardless of her huge trust fund from her father, Gigi decides to return to Scotland forgetting all the notions of love trying to erase the painful memories she left behind in New York. Will Kane follow Gigi to Scotland professing all his love to her or is she just another conquest that he has taken to his bed? Only love can tell and she has all the time in the world.........thank you♡♡
5.0 out of 5 starsFinal Gigi's story! Another Andrade to love!

I have been waiting for Loving Gigi, book 5 of Ruth Cardello's The Andrades series and I was not disappointed. I fell in love with each of the Andrade brothers in each of the previous books and have been wanting to know more about Gigi. Though this is a stand alone story, I appreciated reading it as a part of the series because it helped me get to know more about her family's history.
Gigi is the sister the Andrade brothers never knew about until their father's death. She was born in Venice, Italy and went to school in London. The Andrade brothers have been trying to reach out to her ever since their discovery, but they have failed at every attempt. She wanted nothing to do with her father's family because she felt they had abandoned her long ago.
When Gigi decides she can no longer keep her curiosity at bay, she decides to attend her brother's quadruple wedding. She does not want to reveal herself, so she pretends to be someone else. While there she sees there might be another side to her brothers, but she is not willing to take the risk of them knowing she is there because her devistating memories are too great.
While at the wedding, Gigi attracts the attention of Kane Sander. Kane is her oldest brother Gio's best friend. He has no idea of Gigi's real identity, but he knows he has an attraction to her. One he has never felt with anyone else. When Kane is asked by the Andrade's for one last attempt to reach out to their lost sister, he knows he can't refuse. When he realizes who Gigi really is he knows he can never act upon those feelings. There are some things you just don't do as a friend. The problem is he doesn't know if he will be able to do the right thing.
This book continues a great storyline from the previous books. I loved the chemistry between the characters as well as their connection to their family. It shows the made me feel a range of emotions. It captured me from the start and did not let go. I can't wait to read more from the Andrade Cousins, the Barringtons in Ruth Cardello's next series!
Gigi Bassano, the last of Gio Andrade Sr's children always wanted to be a part of her brothers' lives but an incident years ago left her bitter and with a wrong impression of her siblings.
Kane Sander the oldest friend of Gio Andrade Jr's friends and the brother of Rena, Nick Andrade's wife. He has always been a player but it was time for him to find the one he wanted to settle down and have a family someday with.
As fate would have it, Kane meet the one who made him want all those things his best friend Gio had with his wife, Julia when he met a sassy brunette at the Andrades' quadruple weddings. Turned out the brunette was no other than his best friend's sister, Gigi Bassano.
Years later Gigi and Kane couldn't stop thinking about their encounter nor the attraction they felt for each other. Despite not wanting anything to do with her siblings still, Gigi decided to officially meet them at her mother and Kane's insistence.
The heart wants what the heart wants and not matter the amount of distance Kane tried to put between him and Gigi out of respect for his friendship with Gio.....he couldn't stay away from the woman who had captured his heart.
LOVING GIGI was magnificent, it was filled with love, family getting to know each other better and wounds healing. I'm sad to see this beautiful series come to end. LOVE WILL ALWAYS PREVAIL!!
Ruth Cardello did an excellent job, loved the introduction of Kyle Barrington and I'm looking forward to what she has in store for us next. Five stars and a recommendation to grab this book from me.

This is the fifth book Ruth Cardello's The Andrades series
Meet Gigi Bassano Gigi is young darn Beautiful. very idealistic. extremely proud. Gigi was raised away from the overpowering Andrade clan. Although it has left Gigi with an ache she cannot or wants to deny. When Gigi’s invited to all of her brothers’ weddings. Gigi refuses at first, but then she changes her mind which every woman does and attends without telling anyone. Gig won’t let herself want to love here brothers. However Gigi can’t stay away. It’s a huge recipe for the disappointment and heartbreak she knows that will follow. Especially when Gigi throws herself at her brother’s best friend who he's known since childhood, Kane.
Meet gorgeous Kane Sander. Kane is best friends with one of Gigi's brothers. Kane is so darn sexy, rich beyond anything, loyal to all he knows, a protective person of his family and friends. Kane shouldn't want Gigi at all. The problem is Kane will and won't give up until her gets Gigi. Kane knows that he should stay away from Gigi. But Kane won’t and he will never give up until he's reached his goal of winning Gigi's heart.
Love never follows anyone’s rules. You can deny love. Try and run from love. As Gigi's brothers know love always finds a way.

Ruth Cardello does it again, another fantastic book in the Andrades Series.
Gigia (Gigi) Bassano may not share the Andrades surname but she one at heart. She is scared of getting her heart broken by the Andrades clan. She just wants to be left alone, her mother and her friend are the only people she wants in her life. She wanted love but just couldn't cope with it when it came along in the form of Kade. So she ran.
Kane Sander is grow up round the Andrades clan and is best friends with Gio Andrades, who also happens to be Gigi big brother. Life just got so much more complicated for Gigi and Kane.
Love doesn't follow anyone's rules. Deny it. Run from it. Love always finds a way.

Another brilliant read I have to say Kane was nothing as I imagined he be but he still gets my vote of sexy beautiful man even when he says the right thing the wrong way lol with his parents he should be perfect but he isn't and it's great. The way Gigi and Kane had met at the weddings I didn't know if they would be good together but the way Julia manipulated him the get Gigi to meet her brothers was genius but I can't put my finger on why I didn't find this as good as Max and Luke's stories but it doesn't matter cause it's still brilliant Can't wait to hear from the Barrington's story and I hope Patrice's sisters isn't as horrible as her
