I'm about half-way through this book, and overall, I do like it. Green takes a conversational and narrative-based approach to his book that makes it more engaging than a typical leader's guide. As a (cub) scout leader, I'm finding a number of valuable pointers to take back to my pack.
The only reason for this being a 4-star review (and not a 5) is that I've encountered quiet a few typos and grammatical errors interspersed throughout the book thus far (and I can only assume more will follow). For what is an otherwise solid book, it would be worth investing a few dollars into hiring a copy editor to help "spruce things up" a bit more to avoid some of the sometimes distracting errors.
But as Green says: "So Far, So Good!" :-)
[Note: The author also hosts an excellent podcast that even Cub scout leaders will find quite informative. Well-worth checking out!]
