3.0 out of 5 starsCould have been 5 stars if not for....

This book could have easily been a 5 star read for me. But it wasn't. There were a lot of reasons why. First...I have to say I really liked the story....loved the romance and steam these 2 had. Beau and Anna were so good together...I really loved their relationship. However, I hate hate HATE when an author creates conflict between the two characters because of miscommunication. I know it may happen in real life but I just don't like it in books. Also...another thing that really bothered me was Anna's actions after this misunderstanding. I don't care how mad you are at someone....there is no excuse for not telling Beau about that baby. Especially after what he told you before all this..when things were good. I really didn't like her after that and even by the end of the book, she still hadn't redeemed herself in my eyes. I just couldn't get over it
So in this book we meet handsome Beau and beautiful Anna. They both accidentally meet at an resort and then rest is history when there are sparks igniting between them. Coincidentally they forgot their original companions on the resort and joined each other for an unforgettable trip and time of their lives. They fell hard in love with each other that they crossed all the boundaries but one miscommunication between and war was drawn between them. But they life goes on and so it did for both of them. Life brought them together again accidentally and all the components of their lives fell in the right places at the right time.
Coming to Georgia Cates and her writing was amazing. I loved how she was able to bring a macho man like Beau Emerson with subtle and soft Anna James together and created a beautiful love story. Definitely worth more than 5******** and worth to read and listen.
Really enjoyed this story of Anna James and Beau, especially the first half with them being at Indulge getting to know one another. In the 2nd half they are back to reality where Anna has left the island under false assumptions and a baby growing in her tummy and Beau has no idea. As the truth comes out the love these two still have is true and beautiful. Wish there was more story to Meredith and Grayson, but maybe that is come in the future. Thanks for an amazing read as always!

Granted, when I got to 4% and found out the main character Anna James, a.k.a Peach, went vacationing in Indulge where Hedonism is acceptable, I thought I picked the wrong book to read.
However, as the read further and further, page after page, I began to like Beau, a.k.a, Beauregard, a.k.a the Polyamory guy, because he was willing to give up his practices for his one and only – his true and beautiful.
In their vacation romance, Anna James discovers she is a beautiful, wanted woman in Beau arms with lingering doubts of is she alone enough to a man who enjoys variety inside the bedroom.
Beau quickly understands that Anna James is all he needs, enough to throw away a life style he practiced for years.
However, vacation in Indulge has its temptations. It seems Beau has his work cut out for him and Anna James has her own demons to stand up to before either can face their relationship and fully vast in it for the long run.
I reached 47% when the twist I waited for the previous 10% happened. And it was keen to make me doubt the whole 47% I already read, so I started a race to the finish line and read the remaining of the book in a breeze!
Georgia, you created an old-fashioned sweet love story I haven’t read in a long time, You brought me back to pre 50 shades stories I loved to read as a teenager and a young adult.
Indulge covered a subject that I have heard about but wasn't very familiar with it. AJ had friends in that lifestyle and she knew it wasn't something she would be interested in. She meets Beau and there is an immediate attraction and she decides to not be her cautious self. They have a great time getting to know one another and Beau is everything she has never had. Because she decides to listen to someone who she never met she ends it with Beau without speaking to him. That one decision causes her to be without Beau and not give him a chance. I hated that part of the book because she then decides to be with someone who was a safer choice. I wish there was more about her friends Meredith and Grayson and how they were able to really resolve the problems in their relationship. A good read with some unnecessary angst in my opinion.

No spoilers in this review!!!
This book was so good and I enjoyed all of it. From the first until the very last, the author wrote a great story that kept me interested throughout the entire book. I have read a lot of her books and I was never disappointed. This is not a series, just a standalone and it wasn't wrapped up until the very end. The author could put together some wonderful characters and I fell in love with the Hero. She knew how to describe them to make them seem so real to me. Editing was good.
WOW!!! I loved this book! Thoroughly enjoyed it from the first page. I have the worst BBF hangover this morning after having finished it last night. I did want to through something and aim it right for Anna James' head a few times. Oh she ticked me off running away from Beau and keeping such a precious secret from him. I'm very much team Beau. It's amazing how this book made me an emotional wreck while reading. The characters were brilliant and I connected with them more than I've connected with a lot of characters lately. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see what would happen next. I did think that Erin was going to make an appearance to cause drama, But not the usual predictable book. Ms. Georgia did a beautiful job! If you haven't read this book you need too!

The first half I thought was written great. Held my attention with a good story line and likeable characters. But kind of let me down in the second half when it kind of just fast forwarded a year and he didn't seem to really try to fight for her when she was blowing him off. It kind of redeemed itself at the end though.
I am a big fan of Georgia's books and this one is brilliant her dialogue is so good and funny I do like stand alone books but as another reviewer pointed out Beau does have brothers so I live in hope. Thoroughly recommended (as all her books are).
