Never Marry A Warlock

Catherine Banks is a very pissed off witch. She's just found her husband, Richard, a powerful warlock in bed with her best friend Cassie. Her response is to blast them both with a spell and then take her luxurious Jaguar and take a road trip, as far away from the culprits as possible.

Her road trip, however, is interrupted by a sexy Australian hitchhiker. Catherine is sick of warlocks and a human fling, she decides, is just what she needs. But her nasty ex-husband is not going to let bygones be bygones and her road trip quickly turns into a high-stakes chase.

Never Marry a Warlock is a sexy, fun novelette with a kick-ass protagonist (literally, she magically kicks Richards butt clear across the room) and a vivid road trip motif (I want Cat's clothes, sunglasses and car!)

Never Fall for a Warlock

It's Vegas time, baby! Catherine gets a nasty shock when she finds out her human paramour may not be so human after all. She takes a Vegas tour to gather her wits, but finds herself distracted by a sexy Irishman named Liam. Will Catherine succumb to Vegas' temptations or will she find true love with her Aussie hunk?

As if this road trip wasn't fun enough, now we're in Vegas, magical Vegas, no less. The city is a bit different when viewed from the paranormal perspective. It's a lot more fun and exciting, for one. Catherine's still as resilient and adventurous and ever but her problems pile up and it's starting to look like she's heading for disaster. Will she be able to avoid it? I'm dying to find out.

Never Cross a Warlock

The story reaches its climax and Catherine has to choose between her freedom (and perhaps even more since Richard's plans are more nefarious than we feared) and her best friend's life. Can she come up with a plan to avoid a fate worse than death?

The series ends with a bang (and Elvis impersonators!) and it's just as surprising and hilarious as we expected. Lots of fun and laughs and sexiness. Highly recommended.

These books were short and sweet, and filled with LOADS of sex!!! They also had me suspecting every Tom, Dick, and Harry Catherine encountered thinking they were her ex trying to get her. Even though the person I suspected of being the true culprit turned out to be exactly that, I was still lulled into a sense of security and was surprised at the end. SO WATCH OUT!!!

I did find myself getting upset with Catherine though. I actually felt that she got what she deserved when she ran into trouble. While I do understand how she felt and her reasoning behind her actions, I still feel like she went about it all the wrong way. She totally said and did the wrong things!! She was so lucky Jeff was so into her. I was very happy when she finally got her head on straight and realized that what she needed was with her the entire time.

The best thing about this audiobook in my opinion was the narrator and her many accents. I thought the Irish and Aussie accents were spot on, but her British accent could use some work (lol). Still it was a good effort on her part, and a good story overall.

I give this box set 5 out of 5. When I was asked to read this book, I thought, I don't like books about witch's and warlocks. But oh boy was I ever wrong. I LOVE THIS BOX SET! The action started on the first page. Most of this box set is a fast paced, lots of action type of books and add in some laughs to go in it and you have an awsome set of books. Now I don't care how much you like a book there is going to be something you don't like and mine was the pace slowed down by the time I got to book 3, but it was not all bad. If you are looking for a fun, action packed, hot, sexy strong characters, you can't go wrong with this one. My Blog was given this book in exchange for an honest review.

I wasn't really impressed with this collection of stories. I feel like it could have been fun story, but it didn't quite get there in my opinion. There didn't appear to be much to the plot beyond the cheating, having a bit of a sex vacation, and then trying not to kill the ex. I also didn't really like the characters, but it would have been nice to see them further developed.

Action from the very beginning, lots of twists and turns throughout the box set! Meet Kat and her cheating husband and follow them through an all out battle to end their marriage but who will win? Great story that I couldn't put down. I received this audiobook at no cost from Audiobook Blast for an honest review.
