I am reading this book and fine the info very interesting; not sure at my age (70) how easy losing weight will be but I do enjoy the aspect of it being a spiritual, physical, and mental exercise all in one. Anyone who has lost weight knows how it can affect all three areas as you feel better in all areas of your life when you know you are healthier and look better!

I really loved this book! So far I have lost weight and feel so much better and in control of my body. He condensed it down into easy to remember habits, and from day one it was easy for me to start following them. Something that really helped me was to make a chart of the habits he said to integrate each day, and then I put a 1 next to them on day 1, and then a 2 on day 2, and continued this until I had 21 consecutive days of never missing on that habit. They became second nature pretty quickly. One of the habits he talks about is to drink a tall glass of water before every meal and snack. I couldn't believe what a difference just this one habit made in how full I felt and how satiated I felt after a meal! This is a great book and I am so appreciative for Richard's writing style and insights that have blessed my life. Thank You!
