I read the review and thought, WOW, and crippled boy in a wheel chair who somehow gets involved with Dragons. OK, I have to read this one and see where this one will take the reader.
I found that the storyline was a bit slow to start but after the first few chapters, it took off and the story just took hold of me. Now I can't wait for the next one to come out.
I love how, just in the first book, the young man and the young dragon have come together and bonded as a small family. How they have to work together for both of them to survive. Team work and how the dragons mother learns that not all humans are evil or just meaty bi-products. The story is at a place that, it now, has me wanting to read the next one Right Now!
