I had come across this book while reading IoT Inc and thought it would be a good follow-up. It definitely was. It provides a helpful real-life case study of moving from traditional manufacturing to an IoT/SAAS company. In most books you only get short case studies with many important details left out. Christian covers all the bases at a high-level providing a really great reference of how one could pull it off such a transformation themselves. On top of that it's a relatively quick read for people short on time. Thanks Christian.
