As I started to reach middle age I noticed that my waist line was getting a little bigger. Like many people out there I was beginning to feel more tired, I was having sleeping trouble, and I just did not have the same kind of energy that I did in my twenties. I tried changing up my diet a bit, getting more physically activity in my day, but really, there was no noticeable change for me until I discovered Moringa. I feel a noticeable difference when I take this stuff, and when I neglect to take this I am back to feeling crappy, and its as simple as that. This product is really well worth it, and it can make a difference, not only in your weight, but in your energy level, sleep cycles, and the quality of your life.
Joy Louis, as part of her previous works which were related to the improvement of health, has written a book about Moringa Oleifera a plant not very well known but with excellent properties. The author focused on the way we eat and also in the medicinal properties of this marvelous plant, she unified this information in several easy and simple recipes. I really like this author and how she can take us throughout the entire book, but something that I would like to see is some pictures of the plant and recipes, however, I am sure I will be very happy to read another work of hers recently.
I didn’t know about Moringa until my mom do some research for my sister in order to make her lose weight naturally and at the same time to detox her body. I have to say that it worked for her. When I saw this book on Amazon I purchased immediately to know what other purposes has and I was really amazed that it has another uses as healing diseases and anti-aging properties. I will share this with my mom and my sis for sure.

Pick up this book and learn how this superfood can be life changing for you and your family. I love the examples and detailed information found in this miracle tree book. It was very comprehensive and informative.
I bought this book because I loved Joys other book "Essential Oils for Beginners" and thought I would give this book a shot. And I was not disappointed! I really had no knowledge of the Moringa tree and all it can be used for! It has so many uses and this book walks you through all of them and everything you need to know to start using this amazing plant!
I really haven't been able to find much info on moringa, so I was very happy to find Joy's book. Glad to know that every part can be used, from root, to seed to leaf...nothings discarded. Real solutions to real health problems!!
