Folks, there are hundreds of writing books out there - this is the only one I have found to be valuable. This has exercises that not only heal your emotional wounds, but will improve your skills as a writer. I wish I had read this before writing my own books! This fell into my hands at the perfect time with the perfect parallels. It is not a corny self-help handbook. It is a new set of frames to view oneself change as the world seems to change. It points. I will re-read this. Grateful thanks for this book.
