Instant Calmness is another book in the Instant-Series and like the others, it was incredibly helpful! In this book, the main goal is to teach oneself to calm down as well as remaining calm when necessary through the help of various kinds of exercises and techniques. I really found Chapter 6, titled "Calm Yourself", to be especially helpful for me personally. I deal with social anxiety and Activity 3: Environmental Takeover, helped me to at least reduce some of the tension I experience when dealing with certain day-to-day situations that are unavoidable. Now after trying it, I've found that they have become a bit more manageable.
Stress and tension can be bad for one's health if not dealt with properly. The tips and tricks in this book really can make a world of difference for anyone looking for a way to do it. My suggestion? Download this book, (hot cup of tea is optional), then start reading and try some of the activities; you won't be sorry. Highly recommended!
