I am 9 years old and I really like this book series because they have the bestest pictures and rhymes. The rhymes tell the story really really well and I was worried that the kids were going to be tricked and worst of all eaten in this story. The wolf was clever with what he did with the candy and the cotton and I was super surprised with what happened but was happy the littlest was ok and could tell mommy what happened. And what happened to the wolf later was the biggest surprise EVER but the ending was awesome because the whole family was OK and safe. :)
If I was ever allowed to stay home by myself or with my little brother, I’ll never ever ever open the door unless there’s a fire or something. And my mommy has house keys not like the kids mommy in this book so I don’t think she would be asking me to open the door like the wolf was trying to do, maybe.
Anyways, this book was super good and because I want my little brother to be safe, too. I read it to him, too and he liked the story and got the message about being careful of strangers. Actually, I think all kids (that’s people kids not goat kids) should read this because being safe is super important. And if goat kids could read, this book would be what all goat kids would be reading and they're be way safer, too.
